Peter Bryers was great to deal with. Not pushy or always trying to close the sale. He was very knowledgeable. He used his resources well, ie auto trader and history of vehicle and comparable vehicles. Not once did he get over excited or flustered in the sales process . He was a constant professional. If your looking for a vehicle I recommend you deal with this young hard working individual that worked hard while he worked in the oilfield and wanted to be closer to his wife and kids and made a life change and not just a career change. Normally some indivduals in the sales process can seem shady but not this guy. Honesty and integrity shined through the process, Crestview dodge should be proud of one of there newest sales employee. Rob Fenske and Trisha Zimmer were the sales manager and business manager I dealt with , they were also professional and joy to deal with.

My experience at Crestview Chrysler Dodge Jeep was phenomenal.I would like to acknowledge the time and consideration taken by all members who I interacted with at this dealership – specifically, Brock Harris and Cameron Clarkson. I did not feel pressured – I was able to take my time during the stage of test driving my Jeep Compass, and even take it home with me for the weekend to see if it was the right vehicle for me.When you are making such a large purchase in life, it is appreciated to not feel high-pressure, or like you are being scammed. I love my new Compass and the experience during the purchasing process was comfortably seamless.Would recommend again and again. You ROCK Crestveiw Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Thank you very much!!!

I went in for an oil change, a cabin filter change, and over a concern that my check engine light is on. Prabhjit gave me options on the oil change and I decided to go for Performance to give my vehicle a well-deserved TLC. He and his staff were very professional and efficient. Not only that, he suggested that I sign up for the Mopar email list to get a $20 discount on the full synthetic and a $5 discount on the filter change. I really appreciated the extra length he went through to find me savings. The crew did their job professionally. They also reset my check engine indicator and suggested ways to make sure my battery charges right during extremely cold weather (take it for long drives, make sure the battery gets amply recharged before turning the engine off). They were very reassuring. I will definitely keep coming back for the quality of service and products this centre provides!

I was in need of an oil change so I pulled into their quicklane service and immediately as I walked through the door I was greeted with a service professional. From there I was approached by the rest of the service team and manager (Prabhjit Singh). Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Prabhjit was awesome and did an excellent job of explaining my options for service an ultimately I decided to upgrade based on his knowledge and recommendations while at the same time enrolling in a program that made it cost worthy. I will definitely use this dealer for the rest of the time that I own my car (a 2017 Chrysler 300S).
