Although this may be an overlooked task, we feel that we must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service we received by ALL your representatives. A special thank you to Cody Wood our sales rep who went beyond any expectations we had.
We were so impressed with the professional and courteous attitudes, expert knowledge, and patience in handling our specific issues by the complete team. During and even after the sale we continue to be amazed on how great everyone is. From the promos to the oil change ? those things just affirm that caring attitude. Thank you Rob and Cody. Especially today, it's so uncommon that most dealerships don't realize the importance of complete customer satisfaction. At best they give lip service. Get the sale and "you are who?"
The things that stood out to us was how Integrity, Honesty, and a genuine Attitude not just to future clients but each other was prevalent. The team spirit there is incredible ? everyone worked together for the benefit of each other. Tracy and I have had not the best experience working with other companies. Crestview stands well above anything that we have ever experienced. When we think of Crestview it's like the comparison of the Rocky Mountains standing over the plains. There it stands as an icon of stature, strength and time. We hope that All of you realize how fortunate you are to work together as friends, family and the help for us out there who count on people like you. Crestview is the unwritten standard that each TV award or magazine award can hope to obtain.
For Management we applaud the success of your team and organization. The strength of Crestview solely lies in each other. Kurtis, Jody, Rob and Cody we thank you for your time and patience. Our expeience at Chrysler was exceptional. Our shopping for a new vehicle started out by not knowing what we were looking for in a truck. We test drove a Dodge Ram 3500 SLT desiel and loved the interior of this truck, as well as the exterior, we needed a truck that would haul a 5th wheel trailer and a boat with ease, and after driving this particular vehicle we knew it could handle the job.
But before we made a final decision we felt we should explore all our options, we went to Capital because they were having a big sale, only to have the salesman tell us that he knew nothing about the GMC 2500 HD Duramax diesel, but we thought we would give it a fair shot and test drive it. We both agreed that the interior of the GMC was very cheap looking and not as stunning as the dodge, you could hear the motor and it didn't drive as nice either. After driving it we talked some more with the salesman only to hear the only thing he knew about the vehicle is that the emisions box freezes after -30 and in order to drive your vehicle after this temperature you have to make sure it is always in a heated garage.
Even with this information we still figure we would see what they had to offer us to have a price comparision with the Dodge. While waiting we had some time to chat with the salesman and we told him we were looking at a Dodge and he went on to tell us that GMC can out pull any Dodge and that we would have severe problems pulling anything with a dodge, that our trailer would fall right off the truck. The manager came in to talk price with us only to give us a price $10,000.00 more than Crestview, even after we told him what Crestview had quoted us, and that the Dodge 3500 was our first choice. Chrysler's customer service out weighed Capital's 400 to 1. Garth made the transition into being a Dodge owner seem as though he knew exactly what we wanted from the time we walked through the door, and in the end he did, we are extremely happy with our new truck and very happy that Garth was able to provide us with exceptional service on a product that he knew very well.

Just a quick note to THANK all team members that were involved in the purchase and service of our new car ( New to us...2010 300C) . Renold for the sales patience and "holding" of the car while we travelled to Regina for viewing, Don for the filing and paperwork in financing, Al for the understanding when the tire problem occurred, and fixing the problem quickly, Mike in parts for finding a replacement tire and sending it to us immediately, and Kurtis for listening to our constant phone calls.
