1. An estimate is prepared by an adjuster
2. The owner of the vehicle signs a repair authorization
3. Vehicle insurance is approved
4. Parts for the repair are ordered
5. Parts are received
6. Vehicle is scheduled for repair
7. Vehicle disassembled & re-inspected for further damage
8. Supplemental Damage report written (if necessary)
9. Supplemental Damage report approval
10. Additional parts ordered
11. Unibody repaired
12. Body repair
13. Panels installed
14. Corrosion protection applied
15. Vehicle re-inspected
16. Vehicle primed
17. Vehicle goes to the paint booth
18. Vehicle cleaned
19. Vehicle refinished
20. Vehicle reassembled
